Roger started driving racing go carts at the age of 14. He earned hundreds of wins and 4 track championships.

In 2000 Roger made the big leap from go carts to dirt late models.

The team strategy is to focus on qualifying and try to be on the pole at the start of the race. It does not always work out that way but that strategy has paid off well for the team.
